Collection of Personal Details
The Troyes IT Services Pvt. Ltd. collects your details when you submit those details to us either online or by fax, post or email. These details are stored within our secure database system. The details collected may include your full name, address, phone and fax numbers and email address. We may also collect your payment details (including but not limited to credit card details).
The Troyes IT Services Pvt. Ltd. may provide your personal details and payment details to third party payment processing providers as required. All third party payment processing providers Paypal and RazorPay they all are a secured payment gateway. Once personal details and payment details are supplied to third party payment processing providers, those details are stored in a secure file system under password protection, with access restricted to key personnel. Hard copy documentation is then destroyed.
