Refund Policy

For all refund eligible services we apply General Terms  on services provided by us which are mentioned below:

• No refund will be given if work is approved by you.
• For domain registration no refund will be made.
• Refund will be given only the work not done or we are not able to do.  
• If your services are terminated or suspended for any reason then no refund will be provided.
• Refund for delay in work will be examined first that the delay is cause of client or us. No refund is given if delay in feedback.
• Between the time of payment and refund, you (The Customer) should bear the sole responsibility for any fluctuations in the exchange rate as all of our refunds are processed in dollars. 
• Any purchases made by PayPal or Freelancer.com, Upwork will be refundable to the original source of payment only. From a refund, processing fees will be deducted.
• Refund will be made only after detailed discussion and knowing the correct reason.
